Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed hoodies with tags still attached. Visit our Refund policy page for more details.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes! If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to us using the store chat, contact us page or by emailing us at xnomadhoodies@gmail.com

Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?
A: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Q: How do I find the right size?

Q: How should I care for my hoodie?
A: For best results, machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. We also recommend turning your hoodie inside out when washing as it helps protect the design and drawcords. 

Did the shirt arrive with water marks or press marks? Don't worry - these will disappear after a couple of washes!
